I use this cushion for my husband who weighs about 220 pounds and has limited mobility. It is very helpful for twisting him into and out of the car seat, but his one complaint is that the cushion has very little padding. On the other hand, the thick cushions we've tried raise him so much that his knees hit the dashboard, so it's a trade-off. This cushion is defintely great for swiveling into and out of car seats.
